Purchased a £20 data add-on but my 4GEE wifi mini still has no data

Hi, I've been using a 4GEE wifi mini as a temporary solution whilst my fibre broadband is down and waiting to be fixed. I had purchased 30MB of data that could be used within 2 months, however I inadvertently used up the data within a few weeks. I proceeded to 'top up' by purchasing a £20 data add-on, however I seemingly still have NO DATA, yet have £20 'credit'. This doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever and EE support is basically no-existent. Grateful if someone could shed some light on this. Attaching a screenshot for added context. Thanks.ee_screenshot.png

Hi @asfasfasgzxv

Thanks for coming here.

You would need to purchase a data add-on using the credit by visiting add-on.ee.co.uk on a device connected to the router.

Hope this helps.

Leanne 🙂

You just Buy the data add-on that you want from that page that is within your £20 credit.

Thank you XRaySpeX, this helped. That was a painful and illogical process, which EE needs to address, but thankfully I have figured it out now.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
