Hi
I’ve searched high and low for a solution.
I purchased an 8gb sim with an additional 12gb every month for 6 months. It is in date as per the small print on the envelope.
I've tried looking in add ons, it’s not there.
I’ve text AL to 150 with details on minutes etc but there is no info on data, just an extra space before the gb.
I have tried calling but it’s up to an hour wait and have had no time to wait so far.
The initial 8gb has been used in full and the promo 12gb has still not kicked in.
Any advice appreciated, thanks

CS extremely helpful.
Call back within 10 minutes, added a lot more data than due for the rest of this month for the inconvenience and assured all will be well next month.

Hi there
I have the same issue. 8gb exhausted but the 12gb hasn’t kicked in.
Tried looking in add ons but it’s not there. I have also text AL to 150 where it didn’t advise an amount of data left to use.
Anything that I can do?

If you haven't used 20 GB data since 25 Dec, you should complain to CS.

I will do, 8gb has only been available not 20gb
