Problem in Portugal

I paid £16 yesterday for 7 days unlimited data to use while on holiday in Portugal. Today they are texting me to say I need to buy more data. I cannot get through to anyone and my phone only works when I’m in the hotel

I believe you mean you paid £15 to use your UK allowances, not just data, there for 7 days as that's what a roaming pass is.

If you've run out of data then you must have run out of your data allowance or exceeded the the monthly FUP limit of 50GB data. How much is your data allowance?
