Hi had a look on my app on the phone it said I had 24.8 data left, then the app crashed & said they were having problems when it came back on & it said I had only 4.8 gb left. How do u work that one out

Can you text BALANCE to 150, how much data is showing remaining?

Hi I did that still says the same, but I never use up all my data  all the time I have had the contract which has been about a year now, always had at least 12gb left each month thanks
