I have a unlimited data, minutes and texts pay monthly sim for £20 a month. I needed a payment extension and my data went down to 50gb. I have paid all up to date but now it says my 50gb has ran out and will reset on the 19/01/2026. Why is my mobile data not gone back to unlimited as they said it would when i pay what i owe?. Im not waiting a whole month for it to reset to 50gb again and now my speeds are really slow?. Do i need to call them to get my unlimited data back?. Im not paying for 50gb a month when i should be getting unlimited. Not happy. Any advice on this please?.

@Barnzy33 your account should reset on your next billing cycle. It doesn’t just reset the moment you pay what you owe.
