No mobile data connection

For over a week now, I haven't been able to connect to mobile data. My WiFi connection is fine.

What happens when you try? Does your phone show coverage indicators?

Toggling mobile data off/on, and repeating the exercise with flight mode - would be a good first step here.

It shows the 4G icon but when I try using the Internet it states 'no Internet connection ' at the top of the screen. Tried toggling but no joy.

Do you have data remaining in your allowance?

Does restarting your phone resolve the issue @Ianlewis999?

Is mobile data turned on in your settings?

Tried all that. Think I may have to go into ee shop.
