No Google or YouTube since change to EE sim

My dad’s phone (Huawei 7) can’t access things like google and YouTube since we had to change from BT to an EE sim. His data is switched on. He has no broadband/Wi-Fi in his house. Any suggestions if there is something he needs to enable or disable. Thanks in advance

@Sandwich1602 : It could be Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

@Sandwich1602   Have you checked the APN setting on the device?  See THIS

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I will pass this on to my dad to try
