I recently took out a business contract with EE as I’m abroad a lot for work; I have the roaming pass and am currently in Australia. I have been topping up my data to Unlimited so I can tether my laptop from my phone whilst working. The app and website have been down since yesterday so I now can’t top up my data, I have tried texting ‘add data’ to 150 but it tells me to call customer services…which open at 4pm my time, so I literally cannot work today thanks to this.
What else can I do??

Have you been topping up your data to unlimited whilst in Australia? if yes, are you on a Business Connect plan?
Are you able to now log in to your EE app or the EE website?
