National Lottery App and Online
Sign in to the app, try to purchase ticket, tells me "You are Offline"
Re-sign in, re attempt, again signs me out, says I'm offline check Internet.
Tried on Google, done exact same.
My signal is absolutely fine!
My parental access is 18+ too

Yes it works fine on webpage, just not in the lottery app. But it used to.

hey CChristian,
Yes it works via the Internet browser.

That is not the solution as others have said. Nothing on my phone has changed since it was working. Same as the Mersey flow app. The fact that multiple people are all, all of a sudden experiencing the exact same issue points to a network issue. And as the issue doesnt happen on other networks this then points to EE alone. As others have said using a different sim cures the issue.

Welcome back to the Community, @Aidyd3.
Have you checked to make sure your content lock is definitely deactivated right now?
Also is it only mobile data affected, or broadband too?

Why do you keep regurgitating the same response? Multiple people have told you its nothing to do with a content lock! Its fine on WIFI but not on 4/5G.
Instead of repeating the same responses can you please be helpful and try and resolve the issue that many of us have

Hi
I've not been able to acccess the national lottery app or even online when using data. I got into the app using WiFi yesterday but now I can't get in again when trying to use mobile data. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, checked everything I can think of but can't get it working. It was fine last week. It's says it could be due to maintenance or being blocked by my provider. I can't access the website as that says it uses an unsupported protocol. Any suggestions please

Guys I have a fix!!! This worked on my S25 Ultra. IM guessing it should work on any phone running the latest android. Back up your phone first with Smart Switch or whichever is your preference, then head into your phone settings and find "Reset mobile network connections" or something similar. That has solved my issues. If you lose your saved WiFi and Bluetooth connections you should be able to restore the settings from the backup. I didnt lose any of mine by doing this. Hope it helps some of you

I've looked at a few of the other posts as I'd googled the problem first as this normally provides an answer, but I couldn't get anything to work?
