Been trying for over three weeks to get a EE data plan working on my Apple Watch.
Spoken to customer services over five times and still not resolved.
Keep getting a 031 error code every time.
apparently it’s setup at EEs end but absolutely no way can I get it working.

I appreciate how frustrating it will be having to ring so many times to try and get your Apple Watch plan set up successfully.
If you have an open complaint, I would expect the team to follow this up until things are working as expected.
If you don't have an open complaint though, I would suggest you Fill out our complaints form, and a dedicated member of the team will get in touch with you directly. They'll be able to review everything that's happened so far and ensure this is resolved.
