National Lottery App and Online

Sign in to the app, try to purchase ticket, tells me "You are Offline" 

Re-sign in, re attempt, again signs me out, says I'm offline check Internet.

Tried on Google, done exact same.

My signal is absolutely fine!

My parental access is 18+ too

Just to be sure, have you had a chance to check your parental control settings as well?

Also is it only the app affected for you, or is it the browser version as well?

Hi, I have done that already in the past and everything is fine on your end, signal is fine child lock is not active we could not find the cause of the issue.

I have exactly the same issue  The lottery app will let me log on. It will let me add funds, but as soon as I try and buy a ticket it says im offline. Im not using a VPN and im in the UK. Interestingly this isnt tbe only app  Mersey Flow is exactly the same.

Both apps were working fine but all of a sudden theyre not. Nothing has changed on my phone.

Please check your content lock status. It would need to be set to 'OFF' in order to purchase a lottery ticket. It's also worth checking that the app has permission to access your location. Some apps like this need to check that you're in the UK before allowing you to purchase.

Makes no difference, parental control are already off and I can't purchase lottery tickets in the app on mobile data. Works fine on WiFi. If someone wants to investigate internally contact me **********

If you go onto the national lottery website through the phone browser, does it work OK, @Jap9i?
