It says on the website that I have all of my mobile data available but when I turn mobile data on it doesn't work. Anyone know why?

Hi,
Ive managed to unlock my SIM now but still cant get mobile data, send texts or call without wifi so it seems that wasn’t the issue.
Is there anything else you think it may be or that I can do? Ive had confirmation texts from EE saying my £10 pack plan will renew next month and it should have been working from Monday so I’m not sure what else it could be.

Hi @elliemaech,
The message you saw indicates the phone is locked to another network, rather than the SIM being blocked.
Have BT unlocked the phone for you?

Hi,
It now says ‘no SIM restrictions’ so this wasn’t the issue. It said my phone was locked to EE not BT. I bought this phone second hand not from BT itself. Mobile data, calls and texts still not working .

Hi @elliemaech,
Could you try going to Settings > Mobile > Mobile Data Network, then tap Reset Settings?
