I have my allowance of 150GB data showing in my account online and in the app but my phone is only showing that I have 3GB (and that I have exceeded that!) and the data renewal dates don't match. How do I sort this?

Cuz you haven't synchronised the data renewal date on your phone with your EE billing date. Just alter it to match.

@AlexD78 EE don’t update your device data usage stats. Thats a user setting.
