My £5 pack works but the 250mb data doesnt work

So basically I tried every help nothings working.I look on my samsung phone and it always say I have 0mb worth of data somebody please help me!

Could you try restarting your phone please, @Abir2?

It may also be worth checking to see if there are any maintenance works in your area on our network status checker.

Welcome to the community.

When you say that you seeing 0mb of data on the phone, is that in the phone settings or are you looking in the EE app?

Can you text AL to 150 and let me know what message you get back?

So micheal this is the text I have

 and It says 0mb of data in my phone settings but says 250 mb data in my ee app

  and when I on the data on my samsung phone It does not work 😔 I tried everything !

Thanks for coming back to us. 

The device won't show what data usage you have with your EE pack unless you manually enter the allowance. For information please see the How to check data usage & data left on your Galaxy phone | Samsung UK page. 

What happens when you try and access data with WiFi turned off on your Samsung?

So what happened was when I try on my data without wifi it doesnt work even with good service

As you can see it is on without wifi and doesnt work. I really need the data since my pack is going to run out in 1 month 😔

 I got these 2 messages when clicking on the maintenance link . Does this mean EE data is not working right now and I also restarted my phone and the data is still not working 😔

Yes, it looks like that could be related to the problem that you're having with data, @Abir2. The engineers will be working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you so much ! I was so worried why my data was not working and now You Made My worry go to happiness thank you so much again That's a W 🗿😀😁

Also I also  have this message from the 4g network in my area I have a samsung note 8 and it seem the network is good but my data is not working still?
