Money was taken out of my account for no reason

Hi, i pay £9 a month on the 11th of every month, however £9 was taken out of my account today for no reason when i paid for my data in may and im still supposed to be charged on the 11th of June, i would like my money back.

@TommyJG19   This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and no one here’s knows you are are let alone have access to your EE account.      Not sure why you think it should be the same date every month as billing is every 30 days not the same date each month so it will change.

@Chris_B : Isn't the same date each month for contract? For PAYG it's every 30 days.
