Suspended account

My account has been suspended, as I called up 150 yesterday it told me that I needed to make a part payment for my account to be back up and running again in the next hour! so i made that payment and still my account isn’t up and running! What’s my next step?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If your account has been suspended, it can take up to 24 hours for it to be back up and running.

If it is still not active after 24 hours, I would recommend giving our billing guides another call so they can check the account.
