Mobile phone data does not work

I cannot use my data. My Internet only works when I’m connected to Wi-Fi which is super inconvenient. Trying to get through to a human on 150 and have been on hold for 1hr so far.

Could you please let us know a bit more about what sort of issues you've been experiencing here?

For example is this not working full stop, or is it working but slower than expected?

Also when you look at the signal bars in the top corner of your screen, does this show a 4G / 5G indicator, or is it blank?
