I have previously topped up my allowance, it is at £15 which means 25gb of data but when I turn my data on it fails to work and is messing me around. The number 150 is no help because there is no real person to speak to, How do I fix this?

Has your top up actually purchased the £15 plan you wanted, as it could just be sitting on your account as credit. If you text AL to 150 does it report that you have an active pack with the 25GB data allowance?
