New ohine and sim being delivered tomorrow but need 4 digit dpd pin to accept. Ee have disconnected my current sim so I have not received a pin from dpd and can't access on app because I can't authenticate via mobile as no sim active. Please help

your current Sim shouldn’t be disconnected. you probably might receive a new SIM card and you’ll then transfer your number to the new SIM card. The new sim has its own number on it not yours yet.

Is this for an upgrade? The only way to get a delivery PIN is to reschedule your delivery for another day. This will generate a new delivery PIN for you.
However, you'll need to get your line working again first in order to receive the new PIN.
I'd recommend popping into an EE store with photo ID to get the replacement SIM card and active service as soon as possible, and then call Customer Service to rearrange delivery, where you'll receive the new delivery PIN. You can also verify your DPD app too.
