Hi, I received a message today from ee stating that my usage is higher that usual and I might not be able to make calls or texts, following this my wifi, calls and texts wont work. I've tried to phone out of hours and its said that I need to make a payment, why is that considering I pay via direct debit and I have unlimited date calls and texts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Dodemcg
It sounds like you may have incurred out-of-bundle additional charges, and now be close to reaching your account credit limit. Any further charges that take you over the limit will suspend your services until you can make a partial payment to bring you back below, or once your full bill has been taken by Direct Debit. You can view the additional charges on the EE website.
Making a partial payment towards covering the additional charges now will help keep your services active until the bill is generated.
Depending on the type of charges you have, it may be worth adding a spend cap.
Our Set up and manage Spend Cap page explains how to set and manage Spend Caps on your EE pay monthly plan to control extra charges and effectively manage your mobile expenses.
Or for 3rd party charges visit Charge purchases to your EE Mobile bill.
