Hello,
I am very annoyed, I really needed the internet and the whole day my data wasn't working. I thought I ran out but in settings it showed I have only used around 5GB instead of 7 GB. In my EE account it said my data will renew tomorrow but it just doesn't make any sense as it hasn't ran out but stopped working. Please can someone have a look into this at your earliest convenience.

What response do you receive if you text BALANCE to 150?
What happens when you try to load a web page? Are you prompted to purchase a data add-on?
