I have just received this message and now have no internet connection via mobile data. I can still make calls and send texts. What is the cause and fix?

@fotddarren The cause is the mobile operator for some reason has turned your data off and the fix is you call customer service to ask why..

Omg this is so frustrating
EE what's going on with my Mobile data it's been out for 4 hours now .
This is totally unacceptable.

Please Leonne I'm experiencing exactly the same issues here in Birmingham.
I desperately need my Mobile data and I cannot pay for anything. It's been out now for over 3 hour's.
Please please help

Thanks for coming here.
Some customers are having problems making calls and using data on our network. We’re working as quickly as possible to fix this and we’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
EE broadband and landline services are not affected and customers can use WiFi calling to stay connected.

hi i am a self-employed driver witch relies on the mobile data to work can u give an update on to when this will be fixed as i am unable to work for the last 4 hr.
