Mobile data not working

Hi. I have an iPhone 11 and noticed that my mobile data isn’t working. I have an allowance of 11GB a month and it’s not getting used. I only noticed recently as I have a Square Card Reader and the past 2 events I’ve been to where there’s no wi-fi, it’s not working at all, which is frustrating and causing me to lose sales due to this. Anyone any ideas on what I can do please? Many thanks

It seems as if it’s my phone that’s faulty. My sim worked on mobile data on my husbands phone

I’ve been in touch with Apple Support and managed to resolve the issue.
McAfee Security and VPN turned on was preventing my mobile data to work for some reason!!!!
