Morning everyone,
My mobile data has not been working for about a week.
I haven’t run out of data, got 25gb currently.
Not a new phone - iphone11 that I’ve had on EE contract for 20 months.
No recent changes - no new SIM, no change of package etc
Phone calls and texts are fine, anything that uses the internet doesn’t work when I’m away from wifi.
Any ideas as to what it could be and how I can fix it?

@Peacelily Is cellular data enabled on the device? If you open the control centre ( swipe down on the right hand side of the screen ) top left in the first box the antenna icon 2nd over the round icon should be green.

I’ve just turned it off and back on again and guess what? 😂 I can’t believe I didn’t try that first before asking for help!
So I’ve still no idea what was going on, but at least it’s fixed.
