Mobile data not working properly since being in Corfu

Since returning from Corfu my mobile data will only work on social media but not on my mobile banking app or any of my store card apps. Just get “ you’re offline” constantly. Signal not great either even though the EE site says I should have full signal in my area . Have had issues with people trying to phone me and being told l’m unavailable to take their call even though I’ve not been using my phone at the time?

Welcome to the community,

Have you tried rebooting your phone, taking the SIM card out giving it a wipe and wiping the SIM card slot?

Are you able to try your SIM card in another phone?

Yes I’ve tried all that but still not working properly on apps?

Does your phone show as connected to the EE network?

What happens if you try to make a call?

Yes I have EE but not the best signal at the moment. but can make a call fine . Will drop into a shop and get someone to look at it.
