Mobile SIM not working

I've been using a Huawei b535 along with EE unlimited 4 g SIM for nearly 2 years. Speeds have been OK (10-20Mbps) but in last few months have been getting much worse and now there's no speed over last week. Speed test just now is 0.20 download & 0 upload.
Do I need to replace the SIM?
Is there a contact no. for ee?

Have you checked here to see if there is a problem where you are:

Is it just in one place or wherever you go?
Do you have another phone you could put your SIM card in to see if that is the problem? Also take the SIM card out and carefully clean the SIM card and tray and see if that makes a difference.
