Why is my Mobile Data going down so quickly, since I upgraded to a new plan of 30GB. I need to see my usage breakdown ASAP and can not seem to find it anywhere.
Also I Can no longer text the 150 Service. Why is this?

@Laurelle1 Your device shows what you’re using data against, EE only tracks the usage to show you how much you have left . not what it’s used against. So no ASAP especially requesting this on a public forum. We have no idea why you can not text 150 as again this is a public forum not customer service. Can you text other numbers ok ?

Apple & Android phones have a data counter facility which itemises usage app-by-app. You should be able to set the counting period to match your bill cycle.
