My Redmi Note 10 Pro phone will only connect to the internet via WIFI. I have just bought a mobile data add on which I cannot work out how to use. I have tried all the fixes suggested on the internet apart from a factory reset.

I take it you're on PAYG then... if calls work, try ring 150 and speak to someone

Thank you....apparently I was on a 3G plan and as 3G is being phased out I now need a 4G Sim to receive mobile data. EE are posting me one free.
