Hi @MARKOROLLO1,

Welcome to the EE Community

IOS 12.5.7 is the last version supported for that phone so no further updates will be possible. If you have not already it would be worth resetting the network settings and restarting the phone to see if that resolves the error.

Resetting the network settings does remove saved Wi-Fi so make sure you have your Wi-Fi password handy to reconnect.

If you go to Settings> General> About is there any prompt for a carrier settings update?

Openly admittiing that you're being intentionally rude on a public forum then.

How to make friends and encourage others to help you....

Thanks for replying, as i wasnt expecting one 😄

i dont have the phone with me at the moment, i'll try it when i have it 🙂

No, i was just typing in capitals as it was on caps lock for a form i was previously filling in which i always do in capitals to make things clearer., i hadnt noticed at first that it was still on so just carried on typing, no rudeness intended.

are you one of those that needs to see bad in everything?

Not really, but perhaps you don't realise - posting in capitals on the web is commonly taken as shouting, so rude.

It's fixed by toggling your caps lock key - one of your paragraphs was on all lower-case, so you just need to do the same.
