Did you mean:

Just started a new SIM only contract and it's already at the 125gb data limit

My 24 month unlimited data plan was ending and so I changed to a 12 month SIM only contract starting on the 10th of May.

Having looked at my data usage I was averaging around 80gb a month so chose the 125gb limit instead of unlimited to help save some money.

Looking at my eE page it seems to think that I'm already at my 125gb limit despite this only being 8 days into the new contract, and this issues started several days ago.

Apparently my monthly allowance resets on the 23rd but I find it ridiculous that my phone is basically worthless for another week due to no fault of my own.

@3005   If you text BALANCE to 150 what does it report back ?

It states that I've 124.3GB remaining of 125, and that it will refresh on the 23rd of May.

That sounds like everything is all working fine but when I try and use my phone away from WiFi it only gives me the 'limited internet' where I can use WhatsApp for messaging, but if I try and use a gif it states there's no internet, and if I try and browse websites that is instantly denied by being told I've no internet connection.

Hi, Chris.

Thanks for the advice. I've given the device a restart and things seem to be running as you'd hope.
