I pay for 10GB of Data a Month but My New Phone Doesn't Work Outside

Hi EE Community

My old phone died, so I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A15 5G SIM Free

I took my old sim from old phone and put it into the new phone and I can make calls etc..... but no data.

Please help

Where did you source this phone from, specifically? If it was SIM-free, it may not have EE's APN settings for mobile data.
