I need to make a data gift urgently on my app but it won’t let me

I am unable to gift data to my wife and she needs data asap I have the same issue as above on the App

@Office33421  exactly what is happening when you try and gift data ?   Have have you tried via your online account?

The bar stays grey on my app when I try and select someone to gift to

I have tried online too and unable to gift there too I guess I need to phone 150 in the morning?

An EE guide has helped me to gift data to Mrs Evans and the tech team are working on issues relating to not being able to gift data through the app
