I have probem with use facebook on mac by hotspot from my mobile

I can not use facebook on mac by hotspot from my mobile
Facebook doesnt open on safari nor on chorme
On my wifi home everything work properly
On mobile app sometimes doesnt work as well
Its going since Monday
