I cant buy data

Hey guys I usually but my addon data via the 150 text and I've just tried to buy unlimited 🙃 as I don't have WiFi in my new house, it sends a message back saying " Sorry, there has been a problem and we cannot add this add on, please try again later" I've been trying for 3 days and the same message I've also tried looking at addons via the app and they won't load I've tried buying it online and it says the same, I even called 150 and tried to buy one of the smaller packs for now and nothing 

 

Any ideas are welcome

I did this already and it wouldn't buy any (I have £50) on my ee account

We’ve been having the same problem for a few weeks as we are in the same position too! 
We’re now looking into a different supplier as unlimited package don’t seems  to be an option anymore 👎 We’ve had to keep topping up for weeks with different packages costing a fortune 💷🔥

Giff Gaff do an unlimited one 👍🏼
