How to downgrade data allowance?

My original contract contained 100gb data allowance. This have 4 months left on my 2 year contract. I was paying £55 for my handset and the data.
Last month i paid to increase my allowance to unlimited as i had somehow incredulously used about 90gb in 2-3 days.
My bill turned out to be £85 with the increase. I thought it said it would only be an extra £18 but thats besides the point.

Simply i want to go back to my 100gb data allowance and go back to my £55 monthly fee. (I suspect they snuck in a general price increase anyway so as close to £55 as i can)

Do i have to ring them or is there a simple button i can press to downgrade?
