I've tested and it's working for me. I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team in case it's something that is restricted from our side.

Sorry guys; I use my phone and tried to access it - and it's not allowed, even when I cleared cache & cookies ! 

But when I accessed the link via PC - it all works.

Changed my account to unlimited data.
