Sorry to hear you’re facing problems with your data.
The first step to try is restarting your device.
Please also check the settings on your device to make sure data has not been accidentally switched off.
For android simply pull down the notification bar and switch on Mobile Data.
For Apple open the Settings app, tap Mobile Service (or Cellular), and check the toggle next to Mobile Data.
If all settings are correct and still no data service, do you know if anyone else on EE is facing the same issue?
You can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on.
