Guys. All day been trying to gift data. Tried app tried desktop. Bit return errors. When will this be fixed. Please don’t ask us to uninstall and install. When your system is saying it’s a tech fault. Just tell us when it will be fixed. If it’s going to be 48 hours just say that but giving all kinds of work around which simply don’t work is not helpful and a waste of time.

Cannot call you as I am traveling and will incur significant charges. I have once again tried to gift the data this morning on both app and web login and neither of them work. It seems to me that you should just be able to do the transfer for me. In order to be on this platform I had to register with my number. So you know who I am.

We don't have access to our account here in the community, @P1xed.
I've seen other users who have a similar problem abroad be able to get in touch through a VoIP service, such as Skype.
