Why won’t it let me gift data to a particular number? Have been able to do that for other members. It keep coming up “not able to transfer at the moment”, I keep trying but same message pops up. Have successfully done it for others.
Is the number under the same My EE account as the others? You can only gift data to numbers under your My EE account.
Also, you cannot gift data to PAYG numbers.
