I have 3 phones on my plan. I want to gift data to one of these phones but I cannot find Family usage on my EE app. Where will it be?

@Janine6613 you can only gift data to other contracts on your account you can not gift data to a PAYG.
Open the my EE app and click the 3 lines top left then you should see family usage. Click and select who’s gifting and then select who’s receiving.
Make sure your app is up to data.

You should also see it at the bottom of the app, when you open it: Family Usage, Bills and payments and plans and add-ons are all there as short cuts.

HI,
There are no lines top left and family usage does not show up as a link. All I have is account settings, upgrade, add-on & benefits and manage numbers.
I have an android phone - is this different to iphone

I have found the 3 lines - they were very feint. No family usage showing.

Then your 3 contracts must be under separate MyEE a/c's.
