Didn't get expected unlimited data

I just purchased EE broadband, as I was informed that my existing mobile data would then become unlimited (being over £10 per month). But my data usage on the EE app still says that I have only 559.0 MB left, and there is no sign of it becoming unlimited. (I tried logging off and on again, but it didn't work.)

It's resolved now, but I called them and they then fixed things from their end.

@Squaferno  It’s usually added on your next billing cycle. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's resolved now, but I called them and they then fixed things from their end.
