Thanks for coming to the community.

You can gift data if you have a pay monthly contract with multiple phones. The data can then be gifted to another phone on the same account if the numbers are on an Essentials, All Rounder or Full Works plan.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the phones that you want to gift data to are on the same account, then you can gift data in the EE app.

You need to have pay monthly contracts on an Essential, All Rounder or Full Works plan. It won't work on a No Frills plan.

I cant gift data while everything is correct and both of the sim is on contract and i havent gifted anyone since but i also cannot gift for somereason there is an issue

What is happening when you try to gift data? Do you see an error message?

Are your plans on either an Essential, All Rounder or Full Works plan?
