I have separate mobile accounts for two phones in the family (I think this happened for historic reasons - one was originally Orange). Both accounts show on myEE, but it won't let me gift data across the accounts. Is there any way of doing this? Alternatively, can the two phones be moved on to a single account so as to enable data gifting?

Welcome to the Community!
You will only be able to gift data between lines that are on the same account, which will be why you're having this trouble. If you speak to our team on 150, or over chat in the EE app, then we can merge the accounts, so you can do this moving forward.
