Help! Mobile data missing?!

I purchased a sim from stansted airport on 2/8/24 for £25. I put the sim in on the 3rd August. I sent my first text to activate my data and I have also made a short phone call. However, I have now got no data. How has this happened? How can I get data without paying more money?! Thanks
