Hi , been trying for days to gift data - keeps saying there is an issue and to try back later - trying days later still ….. any ideas please

If you've tried different devices and also cleared cookies/cache, the next step is calling our team directly. They'll double check your online account and get the error message raised with our technical support area. If needed they can also gift the data for you over the phone.

Why are EE not doing anything about this it’s happening to so many people but it’s not being fixed?

Why not fix the issue with the app and online as you cannot do it on either?

Are the two numbers on the same account you want to gift data between?
Have you been able to gift data before online or through the EE app?
Do you get an error message, or what happens exactly when you try?

Hi, I am having the same issue. I have tried calling 150 and that’s down too or I can’t get through.
I need this fixing to gift data to my son.
