Gift data

I’m overseas and trying to gift data to one of kids who are in the UK but the screen is just grey and blank doesn’t load. Is this down or am I not able to do this if I’m overseas?

@Meldowie : Where are you & was your allowances refreshed recently (on billing date)? If you are in a country where you cannot use your UK allowances then when your allowances refresh you can no longer gift data until you are back in UK.
