@Mhilts88  You might have content lock enabled on your EE account.  Please read THIS  content lock isn’t a device feature is a network feature to stop under 18 accessing certain content and it’s on by default.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How much is it to take it off your account on pay as you go

Hi @Ryanscfc1994

Welcome to the community.

There isn't a charge to take off the content lock, but on pay as you go if you use a credit card to remove the content lock, there is small amount taken from the card, just as verification, which is then refunded.

Can i use a debit card because i havent got credit card

@Ryanscfc1994 In order to verify your age on pay as you go to lift the content lock it would require a credit card, as under 18s can have a debit card but not a credit card.

If you don't have a credit card you can also verify your age in an EE Store with photo-ID such as a passport or driving license.
