Hello there I don’t know if anyone can help but I got my all unlimited sim three day ago and apparently my services have been restricted when my bill isn’t due yet I can’t even call them nor can I use the free 0800 numbers is anyone else having the same problem?

@Gamer1555  your first bill is produced as soon as you get connected as you pay in advance not in arrears.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
