Hello
The app is down for maintenance until I cannot give some data to my Daughter.
As it’s nearly 1 am, when I called 150 I found it was closed So they couldn’t manually gift Data for me.
Not exactly ideal Not to be able to gift Data if the app is down.
Any thoughts?

We generally run any essential maintenance through the night, to try and cause as little disruption as possible to our customers. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Everything should be back to normal this morning.
Some features can be turned on/off through the hub manager through a browser. This Manage Your EE Hub page explains how to access it.

Get email to click link to connect app with hub, start process, connects hub, asks to connect repeater, won't connect, tries hybrid connect unit, that is now flashing away - close diwn, try to reset connection between hub and hybrid, hybrid kerps flashing, go to apo on phone, message that it is not available as last minute maintenance going on. NOT IMPRESSED

They are always updating the app and website it is a bit annoying when I am trying to see how much my bill is

@Fiabbina EE do account maintenance when it’ll not cause issues for the vast majority of customers. Ie late at night. You should now be able to gift data

I'm sorry if the updates have caused any inconvenience. It's certainly not our intention to cause disruption, and we try to schedule any maintenance for times when we see fewer people using our app.
You should be able to log in successfully and make any changes to your account now.

This is really not good when you lose parental controls. I can't turn off my teenagers tablet and they won't give it to me. She has SEN and this is the way we control it. What do you suggest I do?
