EE a company of virtue

Why the f%& Is EE instructing me to go into a store to turn off safe search, it's not age verification!. You already know all my personal information.

I don't want to be lectured to about safety and morals by a company that profits off modern slavery, child labor in cobolt mines and foreign exploitation, You are the company with no morals not some random guy  online, and yet I'm supposed to make a walk of shame into the store and tell them i want safe search off and be judged?

Your company needs virtue

Hi @lupical

Are you on contract or PAYG?

On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .

On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
